Judah Freed, life crisis coach

Judah Freed has studied personal and spiritual growth facilitation and coaching for more than 20 years. His certified training includes Motivation Management Service, Dale Carnegie Training, The USA Transactional Analysis Association, and The ManKind Project.

Using an intuitive and Socratic approach, Judah asks the right questions to support you in finding your own answers from within.

Judah specializes in helping people work through life crisis situations, which may including creating a fresh vision or mission for their lives, developing a viable action plan, then implementing that plan.

Judah offers coaching in four areas: Healing Crises, Lifework Planning, Relationship Communication, and Creativity Blocks.

Healing Crises

Judah’s coaching for healing crises is based on extensive studies of diverse energy healing modes and mind-body work since the 1970s. He holds certifications as a Reiki master-teacher (Usui, Karuna, Chaim),  Axiotonal Alignment practitioner (also called The Reconnection), and  crystalography (crystal arrays) healer. Judah is a healer at the First Spiritual Scince Church of Denver (FSSC), where he also serves on the board. He has a special interest in men’s personal growth issues through more that 30 years in the men’s liberation movement.

Judah honed his coaching and facilitation skills in lifework planning visualization through five years managing a Career Pro career planning and career marketing service during the major economic downturn in the late Eighties and early Nineties. His work is illuminated through his personal vision quests along with his extensive training in personal growth process facilitation.

Relationship Communication

Judah’s coaching in relationship communication is rooted in his own extensive couples counseling experiences and diverse couples programs, including the MKP Couples Weekend and Recovering Couples Anonymous. This training is amplified by his extensive training in interpersonal and intrapersonal communication as well as personal growth process facilitation. Academically, Judah holds a B.A. in communication from the University Without Walls at Loretto Heights College/Regis University, following by advanced communication research through the individualized M.A. program at Antioch University.

Creativity Blocks

Judah’s coaching on creativity blocks employs all the personal growth process facilitation techniques he’s learned as well his his professional training intrapersonal (within the self) communication. More significantly, his coaching here is based on juggling his own mental blocks as a professional writer since the 1970s with an avocation in the visual and performing arts. He’s also been a small business entrepreneur since the 1980s.
